Ishmeet Singh is the Chief Executive Officer at Central Square Foundation, and is based out of Delhi. Ishmeet brings over three decades of leadership experience across FMCG and telecom, with CXO roles at Unilever, Vodafone, Mattel Asia, among others. In 2021, he transitioned to the development sector and led health initiatives at Piramal Foundation. He has led large, complex organisations, built national platforms from the ground up, and worked closely with governments to drive system-level change in public health and education. In his last role as CEO of Piramal Swasthya, over the last 5 years, Ishmeet has been instrumental in establishing the Global Alliance for Viksit Bharat, a $200 million initiative across the Purvodaya states focused on health, nutrition and education to address multidimensional poverty.

Dr. Jayshree Oza has been in the field of education for more than 35 years in various leadership and consulting positions in India, USA and in the east and south Asia region.
She was a team leader for the Technical Cooperation Agency (TCA) to Government of India through internationally funded programme for 10 years working closely with NCERT on National Achievement Surveys, Teacher Development, and NUEPA with planning, school assessments and UDISE. She has served on numerous education missions to monitor and evaluate various educational schemes; programs for MoE and funding agencies such as the World Bank, European Union, and DFID. She founded and directed a professional development centre named Centre for Education Management and Development (CEMD) for fifteen years.
Jayshree Oza has expertise in the areas of student assessment and program evaluation, education management with focus on leadership and institutional development, policy research, curriculum, pedagogy, and capacity building in 
all the above.

Shaveta has been part of the founding team at CSF since 2012 and has led the organisation as CEO-MD for ~3.5 years. She is passionate to bring to life the vision of quality learning for all children and government-led system reform for scale and sustainability.
Shaveta is also on the advisory board of Language and Learning Foundation (LLF), Madhi Foundation, Saarthi Education and India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS), in line with her commitment for high-quality leadership for the social sector. She is also deeply committed to advancing gender equity and is a founding mentor of The Udaiti Foundation, which works to promote women’s economic empowerment.
Prior to CSF, she worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Citibank. She has also been a visiting faculty member in the Human Resources and Organisational Behavior disciplines at many business schools.
Shaveta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and holds an MBA in Management from IIM-Bangalore.
