NIPUN Bharat
We supported the Ministry of Education (MoE) with the design and launch of NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) Bharat, the national FLN mission. The Mission was formed in line with the recommendations of NEP 2020, which accorded the highest priority to achieving universal FLN. The Mission aims to achieve universal FLN among children between 3-9 years of age by 2026-27.

National Achievement Survey 2021
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (MoE) conducted the latest National Achievement Survey (NAS), a large-scale assessment survey of student learning levels, on 12 November, 2021. CSF provided program management and technical support for the survey. You can find the results of the survey here.
DIKSHA
DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing) is a national platform for school education, an initiative of National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (MoE), GoI. Launched in 2017 by Hon’ble Vice President of India – Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, DIKSHA has been adopted by almost all the States, Union Territories, central autonomous bodies/boards including CBSE. CSF has been providing program management support since the inception of the platform.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is an Indian national level education board for private and public schools, operated and regulated by the Indian government
CBSE Reading Mission
We have partnered with Pratham Books’ Story Weaver to support the CBSE for a Reading Mission which aims to promote literacy among students in class 1-8. The two-year Mission began in 2021 in line with recommendations of the NEP 2020. Under this Mission, schools and teachers shall have access to a repository of quality English and Hindi children’s storybooks and supplementary resources to improve their literacy skills.
SAFAL
CSF is supporting CBSE’s Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning (SAFAL) with strategic and technical expertise for developing competency-based assessment frameworks, high-quality item development, competency-aligned reporting, communications, and project management. SAFAL is a competency-based assessment for all students in grades 3, 5, and 8, aimed at providing schools with developmental feedback on student learning.
